Review: YoCrunch Yopa! Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Pieces Greek Yogurt
I've touched on YoCrunch's products here on the blog before in reviews of their standard yogurt and also their Greek yogurt. Spurred on by a $1.00 off coupon that I cut out of my Sunday paper (yes, I'm a loser), I picked up a four pack of this YoCrunch Yopa! Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Piecees Greek Yogurt at Marsh for $2.39 after the coupon. Each cup in the container is 110 calories with the add-ins (80 calories without) and comes in at 3.5 ounces per cup.

Review: YoCrunch Yopa! Strawberries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt
I've mentioned in my previous YoCrunch reviews that I bought a bunch of these Yopa! Greek yogurt cups all in one flurry of a purchase. Because of that, I had a refrigerator with several different flavors. At this point, I've gotten so tired of reviewing these that I can barely stand it, so when I saw that this YoCrunch Yopa! Strawberries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt was the last one out of that flurry of purchases that I made, I was almost relieved. This is a traditional and boring flavor, but sometimes you find out that traditional and/or boring can be really good or really bad, so that's why I hammer out these reviews. This cup, like the others, came in at 5.3 ounces and was picked up on sale for $1.00. It has 110 calories without the granola mixed and and is 190 calories with the granola mixed in. The total package has thirteen grams of protein.

Review: YoCrunch Yopa! Blueberries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt
When you look at different flavor variations of the same basic product, reviews can get kind of boring. I've already touched on one of these YoCrunch Yopa! products before, but my desire to add content to the blog (who doesn't love content?) leads me to review this YoCrunch Yopa! Blueberries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt, despite the fact that there is very little difference from the previous review in that we are trading out only one flavor. The rest is the same. Anyway, this cup was picked up at Kroger for $1.00 and it's 5.3 ounces, 180 calories with the granola included (110 without) and has thirteen grams of protein. It's whole grain granola and really, isn't whole grain the best? Actually, I don't really care...I'm just being a smart ass.

Review: YoCrunch Yopa! Black Cherries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt
In my previous YoCrunch Yopa! review, I was struck by how YoCrunch had done such a fine job taking a simple flavor combination and making it quite tasty. Since I had that positive experience, the next time I saw Yopa! Greek yogurts on sale at Meijer, I grabbed a few more flavors to try out and that leads to today's review of this YoCrunch Yopa! Black Cherries with Whole Grain Granola Greek Yogurt. This was on sale for $1.00 and clocks in at 100 calories for the yogurt alone and then adding the whole grain granola in ups this to 180 calories. It also has thirteen grams of protein packed into 5.3 ounces of fun.

Review: YoCrunch Yopa! Vanilla Toasted Almonds Greek Yogurt
All I've ever seen at my stores from YoCrunch are yogurt cups that either have fruit, nuts or candy mixed in with regular yogurt. On a recent trip to Kroger, I saw something different with their new Yopa! line of products as they are now messing with their traditional formula as they are now incorporating Greek yogurt as the base to go along with the nuts. I guess it was only a matter of time before this happened though since Greek yogurt is taking over the world. The Greek economy, on the other hand, that's a different story. Anyway, this 5.3 ounce cup of YoCrunch Yopa! Vanilla Toasted Almonds Greek Yogurt was on sale for $1.00. Each cup is made up of 110 calories of Greek yogurt and 90 calories of toasted almonds. The total package is a hefty fifteen grams of protein.

Review: YoCrunch Apple Pie Parfait with Cinna-Crunch
Like I've mentioned every now and then on the blog, I'll occasionally be meandering through my local store just wasting time and something that I've never seen before will somehow attract my attention and I'll just become mesmerized by it and throw it in my cart. That was the case with this YoCrunch Apple Pie Parfait with Cinna-Crunch that I saw recently on sale at my local Kroger for $2.99 for a four pack of 4.0 ounce cups. Each cup is 110 calories and is made with real apples and cinnamon. This also is fat free, has no artificial sweeteners or colors, so all of that makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.

Review: YoCrunch Strawberry Greek Yogurt Parfait
Having exhausted myself of some of the major Greek yogurt purveyors, I've been led to start trying out other products by other manufacturers and that leads me to this Strawberry Greek Yogurt Parfait (yes, the third day in a row of strawberry flavored products) made by YoCrunch with REAL strawberries! I have previously reviewed a regular yogurt parfait from YoCrunch, but as I've already mentioned, this is my first voyage into their Greek yogurt line. I picked this one up on sale at Marsh for $1.00 and it is six ounces of fun with 170 calories and eleven grams of protein.

Review: YoCrunch Strawberry Fruit Parfait
Did you ever read those choose your own adventure books when you were a child? You know, the ones where each chapter would present you with an decision to make and then you would move to a certain page based on that decision and if you were successful in navigating all decisions, you made it to the end of the book. If you chose poorly at any point, you were led to some sort of stopping point and you had to start over. I loved those books and the reason I bring that up is that this YoCrunch Strawberry Fruit Parfait reminds me of those books as it gives you the opportunity to eat your yogurt with/without nuts, with the fruit mix/not mixed with the yogurt and/or granola. Basically, it's a bunch of options. Before I get to the review, let's get the stats out of the way: I picked up a four pack of these four ounce containers at Meijer on sale for $2.00 (the regular price was around $2.75-$3.00, I believe) and each yogurt cup is seventy calories with two grams of protein for the fruit/yogurt mix and if you decide to add the granola to the mix, the counts go up to one hundred calories and three grams of protein.
