Review: Quaker Chewy Dipps Dark Chocolatey Granola Bar
For the longest time in my life, I could have gone with or without eating chocolate. I mean, chocolate was okay and I would eat it when it was by me, but I had no particular passion for it and never really actively sought it out. That said, my sister's boyfriend once told me that he heard that people's taste change every seven years, so perhaps that's what's happened to me since I crave chocolate 24 hours a day now and go out of my way to seek it out. Strange. One thing I've always loved, no matter what time in my life, is granola and when Quaker mixes their standard granola Chewy bars with chocolate, or dark chocolate in this case, I'm immediately intrigued even though I'm not the world's biggest dark chocolate fan. Still, I stayed away from this Quaker Chewy Dipps Dark Chocolatey Granola Bar for the longest time and went with the other Dipps bars because their names just sounded "sexier" in my mind. After making my way through the product line in prior reviews, I finally decided it was time to review this one that I picked up in a box of six on sale at Meijer for $2.00. Each bar is 1.09 ounces and 140 calories.

Review: Quaker Chewy Dipps Cookies & Cream Granola Bar
As if you couldn't tell by the absurd amount of reviews here, I really like the endless variations of Chewy bar products produced by Quaker. As long as they keep putting out good ones, I'll keep trying them. I've already done a couple of Dipps reviews, but now I'm not to another review of this Dipps Cookies & Cream granola bar. I picked up a box of six of these at Meijer on sale for $2.00. Each bar comes in at 1.09 ounces and is 140 calories.

Review: Quaker Chewy Dipps Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola Bar
It's funny how when companies run out of ideas for new product creations, they just take old ideas, slightly alter them and the re-package them as something else. There's nothing wrong with it, but I just find it amusing. A major offender of this is Quaker Oats and what they do with their Chewy bars of which I've eaten plenty. The have the original Chewy bars, but then came up with a Dipps line of bars where they just took the original bars and covered them in chocolate...up until now. It seems as if they've slightly altered that and taken one of their original bars and covered it in peanut butter coating and for the first time ever, have come out with a new bar called the Quaker Chewy Dipps Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola Bar (no full website for this "stealth" product yet). Seeing that this was a first, I hurriedly snatched a box of six bars on sale at my local Meijer for $2.00. Each bar in the box comes in at 1.09 ounces and contains 140 calories.

Review: Quaker Chewy Dipps Caramel Nut Granola Bar
Quaker is apparently very fond of their Chewy bar product line and/or the must have huge successes with it because along with their original Chewy bars, they have several different variations of the bars. I've reviewed several of these Chewy bars already, but today is my first review of the Dipps extension of the Chewy line with this Chewy Dipps Caramel Nut bar. I picked up a box of six of these on sale at Meijer for $2.00 and each bar clocks in at 1.09 ounces (larger than a traditional Chewy bar which is 0.84 ounces) and has 140 calories.
