Review: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken Enchiladas Suiza
I used to eat a ton of these microwave meals, but once I taught myself how to cook, I stopped eating them all that much. Every now and then though, I'll feel completely lazy and not even feel the desire to make something as simple as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so I always keep a few of these in my freezer for those moments. I had one of those moments recently and that led me to try out this Chicken Enchilada Suiza meal from Weight Watchers Smart Ones. I've had up and down experiences with the Smart Ones products in prior reviews, so going into this, I knew that it could go either way. Prior to its residence in my freezer, I picked up this meal on sale at Meijer for $2.00 and it's 9.0 ounces and 290 calories and scores a seven on the Weight Watchers Points Plus scale.

Review: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Teriyaki Chicken & Vegetables
I've gotten complaints via e-mail that all I seem to review on this blog is ice cream and protein bars and while that definitely is not the case, I do end up reviewing a lot of those products. So, in an effort to diversify, I've tried to start reviewing more "real" food products and that leads me to this Teriyaki Chicken & Vegetables entree from the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Bistro Selections product line. It's not my first Weight Watchers review that I have completed and I'm guessing it won't be the last either. I picked this one up on sale for $1.99 at Marsh and it weighs in a good-sized 9.0 ounces. It contains 230 calories and for you points watchers, this one is six points on the Weight Watchers Points Plus scale.

Review: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Spicy Szechuan Style Vegetables & Chicken
Google Analytics is a handy tool. I've already run posts based on data I've seen on there and this post is another one because apparently people like to search for reviews on Weight Watchers Smart Ones products. Seems odd to me, but hey, I'm looking for page views, so that leads me to pander to the masses and try out this Spicy Szechuan Style Vegetables & Chicken microwave meal. Yes, this is a microwave meal...there are no directions on how to make this anywhere else. Not that I need or want those directions, but I do find the lack of options to be amusing. Anyway, I picked this one up at Marsh on sale for $1.99 and the meal clocks in at a semi-respectable 9.0 ounces. It contains 240 calories and if you are into the Weight Watchers Points Plus scale type of thing, it is a six point meal on the scale.

Review: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Peanut Butter Cup Sundae
In my previous Weight Watchers Smart Ones sundae review, I was less than impressed with the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae. I loved the idea of a "diet" sundae, but they just didn't follow through on the execution and it ended up being an overpriced unit of borningness (new word in my personal dictionary). Still, I figured that these Smart Ones sundaes had to make it to market somehow, so I was anxious to try out the Peanut Butter Cup Sundae that was on sale for $2.00 in the same Meijer frozen foods case as the last one. As I said before, the dimensions of this sundae roughly resemble a deck of playing cards. It clocks in at 2.29 ounces per sundae (two per box) and each sundae is 170 calories.

Review: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae
To loosely impersonate the late Bernie Mac, "I do this blog for you, America." It's because of this that I bought a product that I not ordinarily EVER buy in the store and gave it a try so that I could get some sort of review content out there on this one. In this case, it's my first Weight Watchers product review and I'm focusing on their Smart Ones product line and specifically their desserts with this Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae. A sundae in a box that needs to be microwaved for five seconds (or thawed on the counter for five minutes)? I was alternately intrigued and/or horrified by this prospect, but I was still willing to give it a shot. I picked this one up on sale at Meijer (the only reason I bought it) for $2.00. Each box contains two sundaes and each sundae contains 170 calories and weighs 2.64 ounces, which means that it is slightly larger than your typical CLIF bar that clocks in at 2.4 ounces.
