A friend sent
this article that was in the local paper yesterday. Basically this is grocery stores putting health ratings on the product tags in the aisles to help consumers make healthy food purchases (look at the picture above). They've found by putting the tags out has led to an increase in healthy food purchases.
This was the first that I've heard of this and it's something that I definitely think is a major positive and is pretty cool. I'll definitely be looking at this stuff next time I am in the store.
