Preparation:

a. At first, the butter has to be melted and then, whisk in the peanut butter till it becomes smooth. Place the sugar, flour, baking powder, a bit of salt and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl and then stir. After adding the buttermilk and eggs, blend properly. Following this, add the peanut butter and mix properly.

b. Next, a frying pan has to be heated over medium heat and then brushed with melted butter. Pour in adequate quantities of the batter so as to prepare small pancakes, while cooking for about 3 minutes on either side or until set.

c. In the meantime, drizzle the peanut butter. Place the peanut butter, butter, as well as honey in a pot and melt over a low heat. Stir frequently for approximately 3 minutes or until it becomes smooth.
