Review: Chobani flip Sriracha Mango Greek Yogurt
I mentioned in my most recent Chobani review that there were some peculiar flavors jumping off the shelves at me at the store. Peculiar because they just seemed like odd combinations. Well, today's container of this Chobani flip Sriracha Mango Greek Yogurt is another one of those seemingly peculiar flavor combinations. Sweet and spicy or sweet and salty or all of the above...I'm not quite sure. What I do know is Sriracha is spicy/hot and it seems odd to mix it with sweet mangoes. What I also know is that this container is 5.3 ounces and has 190 calories and twelve grams of protein packed into it. It's also all natural, kosher and vegetarian. I think this one set me back about $1.25 at Kroger.

Review: BumbleBar Chocolate Crisp Organic Energy Bar
Sometimes a product name can be intriguing. That was the case with BumbleBar products and it's why I picked up a couple of these at Fresh Thyme for reviews. I've already looked at one and was decidedly unimpressed, but since I bought two, I was on the hook for another review and that's why we are here today to take a look at this BumbleBar Chocolate Crisp Organic Energy Bar that I grabbed for $1.89 This one is organic, gluten free and vegan friendly and clocks in at 1.4 ounces. Within that is 190 calories and five grams of protein.

Review: BumbleBar Amazing Almond Organic Energy Bar
Another day, another Fresh Thyme raid and ANOTHER new product. All of these things are good for the blog, I think. Today's review focuses on something that I find particularly amazing. A bar that carries a bee on the logo, yet doesn't have honey in the ingredients even though bees are particularly known for honey. Does that seem odd to you? It does to me. Anyway, this BumbleBar Amazing Almond Organic Energy Bar cost me $1.89 at the aforementioned Fresh Thyme and it is 1.4 ounces with 210 calories and seven grams of protein. It's also gluten free and organic.

Review: Mariani Sesame Honeybar
After having reviewed several of their products and having seen consistent success in my reviews of those products, it might be time for me to join the Mariani family. What I like about these products is they stick to basic recipes and presentations and just deliver on flavor. That said, the source of today's review is one that I've held until last because not only is it the least basic of all the bars that I picked up in a splurge at the Walmart Neighborhood Market for $1.49, it's also the one that I was most scared of because the recipe description seemed just off to me. Either way, it's time to plow ahead and take a look at this all natural Mariani Sesame Honeybar that comes in at 1.4 ounces with 200 calories and six grams of protein.

Review: Slow Food For Fast Lives Moroccan Bar
I've mentioned in previous Slow Food For Fast Lives review that they were generous enough send me a sampling of all their bars and that sampling continues with today's review. I've had some surprising successes with the bars I've already looked at, but I will fully admit that the thought of this Slow Food For Fast Lives Moroccan Bar scared me after I looked at the listing of ingredients on the wrapper. I know those ingredients are reflecting of Moroccan culture and that's wonderful, but just the fact that they were all rolled into one package made me a bit apprehensive. Anyway, the bar itself was 1.4 ounces with 170 calories and four grams of protein. It's also all natural, gluten free and vegan.

Review: CLIF Kit's Organic Cherry + Pumpkin Seeds Fruit + Seed Bar
I've been trying to branch out a bit more recently and one of the ways I've been doing that is trying to hit up stores that I don't ordinarily visit. Earth Fare is one of those stores and on a lot of those visits, I find new products that I have never seen in my normal stores. That said, CLIF products are certainly not new to me as I've done a ton of reviews on them, but Earth Fare did allow me to find a bar from one of the lines that I don't typically see in my normal stores. Anyway, I picked up this CLIF Kit's Organic Cherry + Pumpkins Seeds Fruits + Seed Bar for $1.49 and the bar itself is 1.7 ounces with 170 calories and four grams of protein.

Review: Elisabeth Hasselbeck's NoGii Nuts About Berries No Gluten Paleo Bar
Some people might be able to argue that Elisabeth Hasselbeck has invaded the hearts, minds and souls of our life. I would argue that she's invaded my local Marsh grocery store as I've picked up yet another bar for review. This time, I'll be taking a look at the Elisabeth Hasselbeck's NoGii Nuts About Berries No Gluten Paleo Bar that I was able to get at that aforementioned Marsh for $2.49. This bar is 1.50 ounces and 180 calories with four grams of protein. It's gluten free and paleo as well, so there you have it.

Review: Caveman Cranberry Apricot Bar
I love the name of these Caveman Foods bars and each time I do a review on them, it makes me chuckle. I also love that they are "paleo friendly" and by being that, they are definitely sticking to the caveman motif that the name of the bar is obviously inferring. So, with a smile on my face, I decided now would be as good of a time as ever to review this Caveman Cranberry Apricot Bar that I picked up on sale at Meijer for $0.75. The bar itself is 1.4 ounces and has 190 calories with five grams of protein.

Review: Caveman Dark Chocolate Cherry Nut Bar
Perhaps I didn't notice it in my last Caveman Foods review, but the wrapper of the subject of today's review had the tagline of "Paleo Friendly." I had no idea what that meant, so I used my friend the Google machine and found out that it referred to a specific diet known as the Paleolithic diet, or more informally as the caveman diet. Like how the manufacturer tied their name into that? Actually, I write that in jest, but I find it pretty creative to be honest. My admiration of their creativity aside, I picked up this Caveman Dark Chocolate Cherry Nut Bar at Meijer for $1.25. Each all natural, gluten free and peanut free bar is 1.4 ounces and has 190 calories with four grams of protein and three grams of fiber.

Review: Good 'n Natural Mixed Berry Bar
I mostly thought I was done reviewing Good 'n Natural products, but on a recent trip to Kroger, I noticed that they have a new(ish) flavor that has popped up and that leads me to this review of their Good 'n Natural Mixed Berry Bar. Being the bargain shopper that I am, I waited a week or two until this was on sale and then grabbed it for $0.99. The bar pertinent statistics are that it is 2.0 ounces, 230 calories and has ten grams of protein. It also could be considered edible for just about every person on the planet (except those with nut allergies) as it is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. Sounds pretty healthy, eh?

Review: Good 'n Natural Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Bar
So I thought I had touched on all the Good 'n Natural products in prior reviews, but lo and behold, I found a new product offering (at least it was new at the time) on the shelves of the nutrition bar section on one of my recent trips to Kroger. I've generally found Good 'n Natural products to be just okay in general, but with a name/recipe like this Good 'n Natural Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Bar had (there's no product page at this time, so I guess it is pretty new), I was expecting big things because I absolutely love all three of those things that are mentioned in the product name. With that, I grabbed this on sale for $0.99 and it comes in at a fairly robust 2.0 ounces with 220 calories and ten grams of protein.

Review: Good 'n Natural Chocolate Bar
I admit that I treat this blog as kind of a side job. What I mean by that is that I'm clearly trying to draw income from this blog, albeit a small one, by putting ads up on the sides and in my posts. In order to increase page views, I often times check the search terms that people have used to get to my blog and when I saw that people were doing searches on Good 'n Natural bars, I knew I had to do another review to compliment the two that I've done already. The funny thing is that I wouldn't ordinarily do a review of a bar that was just named Chocolate since it is seemingly boring, but I'm clearly pandering to the masses with this one. Anyway, I picked this up at Kroger for $0.99 and it comes in at two ounces with 230 calories and ten grams of protein.
