Review: Chobani Oats Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt With Steel-Cut Oats
If I were to give you a peek behind the curtain of this blog, so to speak, you'd see that not only do I have a lot of yogurt reviews that I've already written that I haven't posted yet, but I also have a lot of yogurt flavors sitting in my refrigerator that I've yet to try and then write a review for. When I look at those two things, I kind of think that I should change the name of this blog to Crazy Yogurt Dude for a while because there have been and will be A LOT of yogurt reviews here. That said, today I add one more to that list as I take another look at a Chobani product with today's look at this 5.3 ounce single serving cup of Chobani Oats Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt With Steel-Cut Oats that I was able to pick up at Meijer for $1.25. Each cup has 160 calories, ten grams of protein and as per usual with Chobani, it's all natural.

Review: Bear Naked Maple Nut Real Nut Energy Bar
It sometimes amazes me how products can vary from store to store in the same grocery store chain. For example, I usually traffic two-to-three different Kroger stores in my area, so I typically see the same stuff over and over. This past weekend, I was in a Kroger that out of my ordinary area and upon perusing the nutrition bar section, I saw some bars pop up that I've never seen in my normal stores, so I snatched a few up and that leads me to today's review of this Bear Naked Maple Nut Real Nut Energy Bar that I grabbed for $1.25. I've seen the Bear Naked granola cereals in several stores, but this is my first time seeing the actual bars. This particular bar came it at 2.0 ounces with 260 calories and eight grams of protein.

Review: KIND Nuts & Spices Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt Bar
There is no better feeling as a blog writer to know that the companies that you are writing reviews about have noticed you. Granted, sometimes those reviews are extremely negative and it's probably not good for that company to notice you, but other times, it can be kind of fun. Whether the interaction comes via Twitter, Facebook or directly by e-mail, it's always an affirmation that at least someone is reading. From time to time, as I've mentioned before, companies are gracious enough to forward on samples of their products for me to try out for the blog that is the case with this KIND Nuts & Spices Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt Bar that will add to my collection of previous reviews. The bar itself is 1.4 ounces with 210 calories and six grams of protein.

Review: Kellogg's Special K Nourish Maple Brown Sugar Crunch Hot Cereal
So apparently Kellogg's has had enough of Quaker hogging the single serve oatmeal cup market and has finally gotten their own product to market to compete in the great oatmeal wars (a creation of my imagination). That new product introduction leads me to another Kellogg's review as I take a look at this Kellogg's Special K Nourish Maple Brown Sugar Crunch Hot Cereal cup. I got a two-pack on sale at Kroger for $2.99 and each cup in the pack is 1.83 ounces with 190 calories, eight grams of protein and five grams of fiber. It's also a multi-grain blend with quinoa, so that's exciting...not.

Review: Arctic Zero Vanilla Maple Frozen Dessert
To say my last Arctic Zero review was underwhelming would be an accurate statement. I think these hyper low calorie frozen desserts are an awesome idea, but they can get a little pricey. If the product has good flavor though, that price is worth it in order to save some calories (some of the Walden Farms products, for example). Since I picked up a couple of pints on my trip, it's time to take a look at this Arctic Zero Vanilla Maple Frozen Dessert that I picked up on the same trip to Kroger for $4.99 (sale price). It's 150 calories per pint and like most pints of ice cream, it contains four half-cup servings.
