Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Pumpkin Soft-Baked Bars
Yet again, the world is over-pumpkined. As I was browsing through Kroger recently, today's product jumped up on me as I was rounding the corner from one aisle to the next. Sitting innocently on the end cap of one of the aisles were several boxes of Fiber One 90 Calorie Pumpkin Soft-Baked Bars and being that I had never seen these before since they are limited edition, they were on sale AND I had a digital coupon (the most important part), I knew that I had to grab a box of six for $2.79 (before coupon) to add to the ever-growing Fiber One review collection. Each bar in the box is the obvious 90 calories with less than one gram of protein, which is kind of funny. On a positive note though, this 0.89 ounce bar does contain 20% of my daily fiber intake (or what would be 20% if I actually ate a 2,000 calorie diet).

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Mint Fudge Brownies
For the longest time, I was entirely against the combination of mint and chocolate. I just did not like it and that was reflected in this blog as I generally stayed away from reviewing products that had that flavor combination. Times (and tastes) change though and now, I not only can tolerate the mint and chocolate combination, but I will go so far as to say that I like it and seek it out. It's with that new found appreciation, that I happily grabbed this new box of Fiber One 90 Calorie Mint Fudge Brownies off the shelves of my local Meijer for $2.50 to not only add to my Fiber One review collection, but to also add one more mint and chocolate combination to this blog. Each box of these brownies includes six brownies an each brownie is 0.89 ounces with 90 calories (DUH). Protein isn't important here (one gram), but fiber obviously is and this bar will definitely help you there as it has 20% of your total daily fiber based on a 2,000 calorie diet. So, this is going to help you...ummm...down there.

Review: Fiber One 90 Calories Lemon Bars
Keeping up with all the new product that flood the market, seemingly at once, can be exhausting. Yes, I signed up for this "burden" when I created a food review blog, but sometimes it's hard to maintain the motivation to keep posting and seeking out new thing. But, as a service to you (but primarily a way to increase my income; sorry, I do this for the revenue), I do my best to keep the content fresh and relevant. It's that effort that leads me to churn out another Fiber One review with this review of their new Fiber One 90 Calories Lemon Bars. I picked up a box of six of these at Meijer in a crazy sale for the bargain basement price of $1.99. Each bar (or brownie as the Fiber One website refers to them as) is 0.89 ounces and is of course 90 calories. It's got less than a gram of protein, but it does have 20% of your recommended fiber intake in just this little package.

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar
Since Fiber One products have been the subject at some crazy sales at my local grocery stores lately, I've been picking up a box at just about every store on every visit when I see a different flavor and that's led to a lot of reviews. It was on a recent trip to Kroger that I picked up a box of five of these Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars on sale for $2.49. Chocolate and peanut butter is kind of a boring combination, but a good one and since I want to review as many products as possible, it's only fitting that I nail these too. Each of these bars comes in at 0.82 ounces and has 90 calories (obviously) and one gram of protein.

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie
I believe I've mentioned before that I'm not a lover of brownies. Don't get me wrong, brownies are fine, but some people obsess over them (my brother, for example). That said, despite my lack of obsession for brownies, I've been more than willing to try them out in Fiber One reviews for the blog and I've found them to be pretty darn good. It's that successful track record (and a sale) that leads me to try out one of Fiber One's new brownie products with this review of the Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies that I picked up on sale in a box of six at Meijer for $3.00. Each brownie weighs 0.86 ounces and is obviously 90 calories. It's got a lot of fiber and if you read the box, it's now got 40% more peanut butter chips!

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel Bar
Caramel and chocolate...yum. Caramel, chocolate and pretzels? Even more yum, so when I saw boxes of Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel Bars at Kroger being advertised as a new flavor, I knew I had to grab a box off the shelf to add to my growing collection of Fiber One reviews. The fact that they were on sale for $2.49 for the box certainly helped as well, because I'm a price shopper more often than not and I'm not sure I would have bought these if they were at the regular price, whatever that was. Each bar is 0.82 ounces and is obviously 90 calories. It also contains 20% of your daily fiber, so it'll help you out down there too.

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie
My last Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownie review left quite an impression because it was delicious. For that review, I ate it at room temperature and found it to be wonderful. Based on a suggestion from a reader, I heated it up the next time I ate one and it took it to the next level of awesomeness, so to say I was geeked to see if that winning streak continued with this Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie would be an understatement. I picked up a box of six of these at Kroger on sale for $2.49 and each brownie is 0.89 ounces and has 90 calories (DUH) and has 20% of your daily fiber intake (on a 2,000 calorie diet). That's packing a lot of fiber power in a small package.

Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownie
The most absurd part of my work day is when 3:00 rolls around each day and my office has "Snack Time" in the break room. I've discussed it before and most of the time, the snack is just fresh popped popcorn (which I pass on), but on occasion, there's something in there that is worth grabbing and that's what leads me up to this review of the Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I obviously didn't pay for this, but I have seen boxes of them in the store where they cost roughly $3.00 or so for six brownies. This brownie itself is 90 calories (DUH, it's in the name!) and comes in at 0.89 ounces. Being that fiber is the aim here, the brownie also supposedly accounts for 20% of your daily fiber if you are on a 2,000 calorie diet, so it can definitely help you down in the nether regions.
