Review: Fiber One 90 Calorie Pumpkin Soft-Baked Bars
Yet again, the world is over-pumpkined. As I was browsing through Kroger recently, today's product jumped up on me as I was rounding the corner from one aisle to the next. Sitting innocently on the end cap of one of the aisles were several boxes of Fiber One 90 Calorie Pumpkin Soft-Baked Bars and being that I had never seen these before since they are limited edition, they were on sale AND I had a digital coupon (the most important part), I knew that I had to grab a box of six for $2.79 (before coupon) to add to the ever-growing Fiber One review collection. Each bar in the box is the obvious 90 calories with less than one gram of protein, which is kind of funny. On a positive note though, this 0.89 ounce bar does contain 20% of my daily fiber intake (or what would be 20% if I actually ate a 2,000 calorie diet).

Review: Fiber One Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars
General Mills drives me crazy. That have a vast array of products, product lines, flavors, etc., but it always seems like their products are so overpriced for what you get. It's because of that that I often stay away from their products...I just don't feel that I'm getting enough value for what I'm paying. That said, every so often a sale comes along that makes one of their products/product lines appealing to me and that was the case recently at Meijer when they put a box of five of these Fiber One Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars on sale for a bargain basement price of $2.00. I knew I had to add to my Fiber One review collection after seeing that because I felt I was basically stealing and with a product this new (there's not even a webpage for it), I knew I was in. So, each of the five bars in the box comes in at 1.35 ounces and has 150 calories and minimal two grams of protein, but let's be honest, you aren't getting these bars for the protein. You are getting them for the fiber and all those "benefits." With that happy thought, let's drop into this review...

Review: Blue Bunny 24 karat Carrot Cake Ice Cream
Kroger has been running some absurd sales on Blue Bunny products recently and after staying away from them for the longest time because I felt their products were too expensive, I've been snatching these up at their discounted price left and right and have already done some reviews. That sale was still going on a recent trip to my Kroger recently, so I grabbed another one of the Duff Goldman creations in this 1.75 quart container of this Blue Bunny 24 karat Carrot Cake Ice Cream on sale for $2.49. Yes, it was $2.49 (it was part of a discount sale that added up to extra discounts) when it regularly goes for at least $5.49, so that's some monster savings. Anyway, each serving is 130 calories and since it is a bigger container than the typical ice cream container, it has fourteen half-cup servings. Carrot cake is something that I've come to later in life after hating it as a child. I love it now and because of that, I was anxious for this review.

Review: New Orleans Ice Cream Company Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream
So I move onto another New Orleans Ice Cream Company review from the free shipment of pints that I received and that leads me to this review of the New Orleans Ice Cream Company Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream. Red Velvet Cake has seemingly become the new thing in ice cream flavors as I've seen Ben & Jerry's, Blue Bunny and I'm sure others release this flavor in the past year or so to great renown. Not sure how long New Orleans Ice Cream Company has had their Red Velvet Cake flavor out, but it seemingly fits the trend of this ice cream explosion. For nutritional purposes, this one is four half-cup servings and each serving is 250 calories.
