I'm not going to lie, it's been almost two weeks since I've physically typed out a review and quite frankly, I haven't missed it much. Not sure that bodes well for the future of the blog, but I will be popping in periodically to submit review of new products that I find in the store. Today's review adds to the exponentially large Yoplait review catalog as I'll take a look at this Yoplait Greek 100 Whips! Coconut Macaroon Greek Yogurt Mousse that I was able to pick up at Kroger for $1.00. Each container is a fluffy and light 4.0 ounces and is packed in with 100 calories and nine grams of protein. It's also gluten free.
Buy It or Fly By It food reviews from a guy that is a few cards short of a full deck and may need to get some nutrition bar rehab treatment.

Review: Larabar uber Coconut Macaroon Sweet and Salty Fruit & Nut Bar
I can appreciate a company that continues to spit out new product variations and Larabar is definitely one of those as I've hit on a cornucopia of their product here on the blog in the past. This time, I picked up this Larabar uber Coconut Macaroon Sweet and Salty Fruit & Nut Bar on sale at Kroger for $1.00. The bar comes in at the measureables of 1.42 ounces, 220 calories and four grams of protein. There's obviously also some other numbers in there, but I'm lazy and only want to hit on what I deem to be the high points.
